Mayor Rodrigo Duterte can't decide whether to run or not in the next presidential elections. He tells Asian Dragon why he has no intentions of doing so, but expounds on what to expect if he wins.
"A lot of my friends have been spending already, and I said that the thought of being a president has not sunk in yet. The problem with being president is, whether you do right or wrong, by default it's wrong. As a mayor, I work 30 hours a day, not 24 hours. If you are president, you work 50 hours a day. I wonder why so many people want the presidency?"
