Camella - Building Ideal Homes for your Family

I just visited a project built by the Country’s Biggest Homebuilder, CAMELLA, A Vista Land Company with a history over 37 years of building experience date back to the '70s with the first development project undertaken by founder Manny B. Villar, Jr.

This opportunity was made possible with the help from my friend Mr. Dan Reuben Sison, a Certified Real Estate Agent of Leuterio Realty Davao Group; owned and managed by Realtor Anthony "Tonton" Leuterio.

The trip started in Camella Office in Bajada, on board a Toyota Fortuner, we depart around 3:30 pm on our way to Barangay Mintal, Tugbok Davao City. It was an easy ride and the Traffic was just fine. With us are a couple of Dan's Clients who wanted to see the property and of course to feel the ambiance of the whole subdivision. We arrived for about 25 minutes and indeed, I was fascinated with the place.

The trip was indeed a fast one since it was already late, but I'll be back there soon and take some photos of every house model, I mean the model house itself. And perhaps some pictures of the amenities where settling community are enjoying their stay.
